Hardware: build quality, ergonomics, buttons and controls, screen, weight, portability, and charging. Scanning: scan experience, recognition consistency across different print sizes and fonts, scan speed, and alignment requirements. Software: setup, desktop software, mobile apps, updates, export, and integration.
Language features: OCR languages, speech languages, translation, dictionaries, and pronunciation. Compatibility: Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, Android, and iOS/iPadOS. Real-world limitations: every product has limitations, and we identify them explicitly rather than burying them in fine print.
